ABOUT FOUNDER

Meet Vernon P. Davis Jr., the founder of Morsel Medicine and a wellness advocate whose personal transformation sparked a movement. Vernon once struggled with self-esteem, unhealthy eating patterns, and a dependence on sugary drinks. After being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, he made a life-changing decision: to heal naturally through intentional lifestyle modifications.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and while adjusting to life
as a new father, Vernon lost 50 pounds and reversed Type 2 Diabetes without medication in 6 months. This journey not only restored his health but also deepened his understanding of behavior change, self-awareness, and stress
management.
